For subscribers to KidsCerts, our satisfaction guaranteed refund
policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,
unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To request a refund, please follow

If you cannot request a refund that way, then you may also email us to request
a refund at support@kidscerts.com.

approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 8 business
days or sooner.

Free
usage and changes
KidsCerts makes usage of its products and services available for
free in limited quantities over indefinite periods. KidsCerts reserves the
right at any time to change the specifics of when and how free services are
delivered as opposed to paid services. Prices for KidsCerts subscriptions may
be subject to change at any time, including from promotional “coupons.”
PRIVACY STATEMENT
When you purchase something from KidsCerts, as part of the
buying process we collect the personal information you give us such as your
name, address and email address. We do not store your credit card or associated
billing information on KidsCerts’ servers.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your
computer’s internet protocol (IP) address and other anonymized data and
analytics to provide us with information that helps us serve customers better.
For example, KidsCerts uses Google Analytics software to help us understand
where website users experience difficulty so we can improve the experience.
If we store information you provide to KidsCerts, such as personal
information added into awards, brag tags, or bingo cards (“creations”), we
retain it indefinitely so that you can easily re-print, edit, or share creations
later. If you share your creation, then Google or other search engines may
“crawl” the page on which it exists, making it available for the public to
find.
If for any reason you wish to remove from public or private view
any creation or information you have given KidsCerts, we will honor requests to
remove it within 30 business days. Please contact support@kidscerts.com with
your request. Please note, however, that KidsCerts does not control what
information Google or other search engines retain and/or make public. KidsCerts
can and will only control data stored on its own servers.
Email
marketing (if applicable): By visiting or using
KidsCerts.com, we may send you emails about KidsCerts, new products and other related
business updates.
CONSENT
When you provide us with personal information, whether your
information or third-party information, to complete a transaction or to engage
with the company or its website(s), we infer that you consent to our collecting
such information and using it for any reasonable business purpose.
Before uploading any information about students or other 3rd
parties, to be contained in creations stored on KidsCerts’ servers, you agree
to first obtain consent as required by law in your jurisdiction and in Wyoming,
USA. In the event you upload or otherwise transfer information about yourself
or someone, and you do not first secure consent or effective consent in
advance, as required by law or contract in your jurisdiction or Wyoming, USA,
then you agree to hold KidsCerts harmless and to indemnify KidsCerts against
any damages resulting directly or indirectly therefrom.
WITHDRAWING CONSENT
If you would like to withdraw consent to receive communications
from KidsCerts please send a request to support@kidscerts.com. You
can also unsubscribe from specific (e)mailing lists by clicking the
“unsubscribe” link in emails. If you are a paying customer of KidsCerts, we must
always retain the right to send you email regarding your account, billing,
security or other transactional communications; though we will honor your
request to cease marketing or non-transactional emails.
If you or an agent in your organization creates awards, bingo
cards, or brag tags on KidsCerts, and then wishes to remove or edit those
creations, or any data contained therein, we will honor such requests unless
legally bound not to do so. For such removal or edit requests please contact support@kidscerts.com.

creations that are the subject of your request.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY
KidsCerts allows users to upload or incorporate images and text
(“materials”) into creations. KidsCerts only permits the use of materials in
creations for which you have secured copyright permission or for which
copyright permission is not required in both your jurisdiction and in Wyoming,
USA. Before uploading any materials or IP to KidsCerts, to be contained in
creations or otherwise stored on KidsCerts’ servers, you agree to first obtain
permission or confirm none is required by law in your jurisdiction and in
Wyoming, USA. In the event you upload or otherwise transfer materials or IP,
and you do not first secure permission or effective permission in advance, when
such permission is legally required, then you agree to hold KidsCerts harmless
and to indemnify KidsCerts against any damages resulting directly or indirectly
therefrom.
DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by
law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. You also consent to any
and all public disclosure of information contained inside your KidsCerts
creations (e.g., content of awards) when you share a KidsCerts creation outside
of the KidsCerts.com website, as KidsCerts cannot control dissemination of
materials or URLs once you have taken outside the company’s exclusive control.
PAYMENT
For your security, KidsCerts does not store your credit card
data on its servers. That instead is completely handled by our payment
processors, 2checkout and Stripe, which adhere to the security standards set by
PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint
effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover to
secure customer data. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of
credit card information by our store and its service providers. KidsCerts may
change or supplement payment processors or merchant services providers in the
future, but at all times will safeguard, in accordance with reasonable industry
standards, customers’ financial information.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers or contractors used by us
will only collect, use or disclose your information to the extent necessary to
allow them to perform the services they provide to us.However, certain third-party
service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction
processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we
are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy
policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information
will be handled by these providers. You may find such information during the
checkout process, if you wish to subscribe to KidsCerts.com, or you may find
their contact information in the email receipt you receive after subscribing.

event you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or

KidsCerts does not maintain its own physical servers. Instead it
uses servers and other networking and related services provided by Amazon
(AWS), Azure, and related 3rd party service providers. KidsCerts
does so in the interest of keeping your data safer and to maintain more
reliable services. By using KidsCerts websites you may be consenting to the
policies and jurisdictions of such service providers and agree to consent
thereto.
SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable
precautions and follow industry practices to reduce the risk that your data is
lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.If you provide us with
your credit card information, the information is encrypted technology provided
by our 3rd party payment providers, 2checkout and Stripe. KidsCerts
also uses HTTPS protocol on webpages to further protect users. These and other
efforts represent good-faith efforts by KidsCerts to prevent hacking and other
information theft or damage. However, as a user of KidsCerts, you understand
and agree that it is impossible to guarantee the security of data held by
KidsCerts or 3rd party service providers. Therefore, you agree to
hold KidsCerts harmless in the event of a cyber breach or other
attack/intrusion and release KidsCerts from all liability or damages resulting
directly or indirectly therefrom.
KidsCerts will do its best to store your creations and data made
or transferred using KidsCerts services. However, you
understand that data loss can happen despite KidsCerts good faith efforts, and
therefore you agree to hold KidsCerts harmless in the event of data loss for
any liability or damages resulting directly or indirectly therefrom.

KidsCerts uses cookies to help deliver a better user experience
and to help us serve you. You can opt out of cookies in your browser settings.
KidsCerts will make practicable efforts to follow security, privacy, and data
retention regulations. At the same time, you understand and acknowledge that it
is not feasible for KidsCerts to maintain 100% compliance with every changinglaw
and regulation, worldwide, at all times. The resources required to do so would hinder
KidsCerts’ ability to deliver affordable products and services to educators and
parents worldwide. Therefore, acknowledging that KidsCerts cannot feasibly
comply with every worldwide regulation, which may include those of your

KidsCerts follows applicable regulations in your jurisdiction; and, should it

any damages, financial, direct, or indirect, stemming from you or related
people or entities’ use of KidsCerts in your jurisdiction.

By
using KidsCerts you agree that the laws of Wyoming, USA shall govern, and that
any legal action shall take place in the state or federal courts of Wyoming in
the County of Laramie or in the state and federal courts of Washington State,
USA in the County of King, in either case submitting to the laws of Wyoming;
any discretion court location rests solely with KidsCerts.
